   CustomCrimp® CC15 CRIMPER
                                   
 

The CC15 Crimper with a hose capacity up to 5/8 inch 2 wire hose and 1/2 inch 4 wire hose offers many of the same features found on larger CustomCrimp® crimpers.  The smaller quick acting head and precise micrometer adjustment makes this crimper a good choice for shops which do not require the hose capacity of the larger crimpers.

    A precise metric micrometer set the required crimp diameter on the first try.      
                     
                                   
                       
Die changes are quickly and easily made by simply sliding the dies out of the dovetail slots in the master dies.  Dies can be interchanged with Imperial Eastman® K16 dies)
      A hold/release valve makes it easy to jog the crimper into position prior to crimping to assure accurate positioning of the crimp on the fitting.   A removable backstop makes repeat crimps quick and easy and the removable feature makes crimping of long or unusual fitting possible.

An adjustable retraction stop limits the amount the dies retract for faster crimping where the maximum opening is not required.
